New Agreements

New agreements with Pihlajalinna and Aava

The sickness insurance fund Silta has signed agreements with Pihlajalinna and Aava for doctor visits (applies to general and specialist doctor visits). The members of Silta pays only a deductible for the costs, the deductible is 30%.

The agreement is an experiment and may be expanded in the future. At the moment, the agreement only applies to actual members, not pension and external members.

Aava

The sickness insurance fund Silta and Lääkärikeskus Aava have entered into a nationwide agreement, according to which the insured of Sairauskassa Silta pay only the deductible (30% of the costs) at the medical center.

Office or “Kanta” fees are not charged to the insured person of the sickness insurance fund.

The insured person must prove his membership with a Kela card, whose fund number is 46401.

Aava grants the following product discounts to the insured of the sickness insurance fund Silta as follows:

• laboratory tests, individual - 35%

• laboratory tests, packaging - 25%

• x-ray examinations - 25%

• ultrasound examinations - 25%

• clinical physiological and neurological examinations - 15%

• endoscopy - 10%

Discounts for medical imaging, clinical physiological and neurological examinations and endoscopy examinations are calculated from the facility fee.

Pihlajalinna

The sickness insurance fund Silta and Lääkärikeskus Pihlajalinna have entered into a nationwide agreement, according to which the insured of Sairauskassa Silta pay only the deductible (30% of the costs) at the medical center.

Office fees are not charged to the insured person of the sickness insurance fund Silta. The “Kanta”  fee is charged.

The insured person must prove his membership with a Kela card, whose workplace fund number is 46401.

Pihlajalinna grants discounts to those insured in the sickness insurance fund Silta as follows:

• Laboratory tests -35% (does not apply to clinical physiology and package laboratory tests)

• X-ray examinations -25%

• Ultrasound examinations -20%

• MRI examinations -35%
